This strict timeline is enforced due to the immediate claims requirements of our postal and courier networks. Unboxing Video Requirement: To successfully process an insurance claim for missing or damaged components, a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the contents inside is required. Without this verified visual proof, transit claims cannot be processed. Packaging Retention: You must retain all original outer packaging and shipping materials exactly as they arrived until the claim is fully resolved.
