Bring a touch of the seaside into your home with this handcrafted fused glass lighthouse picture tile. Featuring a bright red and white lighthouse standing at the base of a cliff on a stony outcrop with pebbled shoreline details and soaring sea birds against a soft blue sky, this colourful piece highlights the charm of the coast.
Each element for the background tile and lighthouse is individually cut from glass tiles with various glass materials used to create the cliff top and foreground. I've fused the tile to a temperature that creates depth and a glossy texture then added the sea birds with glass paint.
Perfect for a bathroom with coastal, nautical and seaside style decoration, or as a thoughtful gift for lighthouse lovers and nautical enthusiasts.
This picture tile sits on a little easel so is ideal for sitting on a shelf, windowsill or bathroom cabinet and as it's free standing it can be moved to other places as desired.
The tile alone measures c.10cm wide x 12cm high.
Many of my creations are handmade in small batches so even if there is more than one available you can be assured that you are buying a unique gift as no two will be exactly the same.
