Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with an expanding range of sew it yourself kits.
I post Tracked 48, but please contact me about an upgrade if you need your parcel sooner.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Shipping upgrades are not refundable
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is an upgrade, to be added to your cart so I can send your purchases by ROYAL MAIL TRACK 24.
This is not guaranteed next day delivery but RM aims to deliver within 24 hours so you should receive your parcel the day after I post it. All of my ready made items are dispatched in 3 working days. If you need something sent out sooner, message me and I will do my best to help.
This listing covers the difference in cost to upgrade to Track 24.
It only needs to be added once for each order - not per item. It can also be used with my Direct to Recipient upgrade, just add both to the basket.
PLEASE NOTE - this is not 1 day dispatch, it is the delivery time are AFTER I have posted the item.
