This 30th birthday card is a great little gift and card in one to celebrate a 30th birthday.
The card contains a pretty fused glass '30' keepsake which can be detached from the card and displayed as a permanent memento of the occasion and reminder of the person that gifted it.
It's an ideal combination of a card and present in one for when you want to send a little more than just a card.
I've created the number 30 using transparent lavender coloured glass dots with a splash of spring green glass to decorate the background. Fusing it all on to clear glass allows the light to really enhance the colours.
It has a lavender coloured ribbon to hang it by.
Not including cutting the glass and creating the decoration, the process of fusing and cooling the piece takes about 24 hours to ensure that the glass doesn't crack.
The keepsake measures approximately 5cm square. The card is 13.5cm square.
