Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with an expanding range of sew it yourself kits.
I post Tracked 48, but you can add an upgrade to your order if you want it delivered quicker.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Mis-matched slow stitching kits - these lovely bundles of fabrics and trims have been put together using bits and pieces left over from my themed flower garden theme kits.
Ideal for a floral themed project, or just to build your craft stash. Or give one as a gift to a crafty friend.
Perfectly imperfect - these are the same quality and standard as my Rose Garden, French Garden and Summer Garden boxes (as shown in the photos) but they are a mix of pieces from each theme.
Available in 2 sizes. Each mis-match box will be different, but they will all be stuffed to the brim with beautiful vintage, pre-loved or salvaged textiles and haberdashery including:
- fragments of vintage cushions or reclaimed curtain samples in floral garden themes
- snippets of antique and vintage lace, tatting, and reclaimed dressmaking lace
- offcuts and scraps of reclaimed and salvaged cotton quilting, dressmaking and curtain fabrics
- fragments of antique quilts and wool blankets, and tweed wool from tailoring projects
- pieces of hand embroidered motifs from vintage table cloths or handerchiefs
- lengths of trims and embellishments, including hand dyed wool, linen thread and fluffy yarns, ribbons and upholstery braid
- and of course, some buttons from The Old Button tin.
EXTRAS Your box also includes a calico foundation piece to sew onto, 4 colours of embroidery threads, two needles and a few pins, and my introduction to slow stitching and stitch guide.
