I have had a thing about sewing for ever and have made most things. As a result I have collected fabrics from all over. Also some lovely people gift me fabric remnants and upholstery and sometimes it takes a while for me to find the right project for such one off fabrics. I really dislike discarding materials that I can sew into something wearable or decorative. I try to bring individuality to my gift ideas, so no one will ever be given the same.

Full description
This small applique is presented in a white square wooden box frame. The design is crafted from raw cut applique which has free motion embroidery, onto a calico background. The calico has been colour washed to represent a sky background.
The free motion embroidery gives the box scene its own unique style.
The frame is ready to hang or stand on a table top or unit.
