Each piece of jewellery is individually handmade by me in my Wiltshire workshop and is presented in a reusable cotton gift bag or recyclable gift box (see individual items for details). All orders are shipped within 3 days of payment and posted via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 postal service.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like me to include a hand-written note to the recipient, simply write your message in the ‘Note to seller’ box at the checkout.

Our beautiful British woodlands. I love the grounding, peaceful feeling of being near trees, and the intricate textures of their leaves and seeds. This inspires me to create tactile, wearable replicas in silver.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
An elegant Oak leaf necklace in recycled fine silver, created using a mould that I took from a real leaf that I found whilst on a woodland walk at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire.
This pendant has been individually crafted from precious metal clay (a material made from recycled fine silver particles, binder, and water). When fired, the binder burns away, leaving solid fine silver. It has been carefully finished using traditional silversmithing techniques of filing, sanding, soldering, and polishing.
This tactile silver necklace has been polished to a high shine, highlighting the delicate leaf veins and contours, with a soft satin finish on the reverse. It would make a special gift for anyone who loves woodlands and the great outdoors.
The Oak is associated with strength, protection, and longevity.
MATERIALS & MEASUREMENTS
- Recycled fine silver leaf pendant with a recycled sterling silver ring bail: 14mm wide x 26mm long (31mm long including the ring bail).
- Recycled sterling silver belcher chain: 45cm / 18 inches in length.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
This necklace will be carefully tissue-wrapped and presented in a recyclable gift box (with reusable insert). It will be shipped within 3 days of order via Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service.

A NOTE ABOUT HALLMARKING
Under UK law, all silver items weighing over 7.78g must be hallmarked by one of the four UK assay offices. As this necklace falls under this weight, it is exempt and does not bear a hallmark.
