About this item
Seagull suncatcher made from stained glass by Carole's Glass. If you are beside the seaside it wouldn't be the same without the squawking of seagulls. These seagull suncatchers have been made from white streaky sea glass, grey glass and orange textured glass for the beak. Each piece of glass has been hand cut, ground, washed, copper foiled, soldered and washed again. The legs and eye have been made from tinned copper wire. A ring and length of fishing line has been added for hanging purposes. I will supply one good quality window hook with each suncatcher, please remember to wet the plunger before pushing firmly onto the window. This would look great in any seaside themed room or bathroom. The suncatcher measures 13cms x 10cms excluding the legs. Please note as this is made from glass if dropped it may break causing sharp edges so care should be taken. This is not a toy so should be kept out of reach of children. .

Please note Royal Mail have increased their postage costs yet again. I send all my suncatchers through Royal Mail using Tracked 24 with/without signature and in some instances, depanding on value, Royal Mail Special Delivery. I have always found their service to be reliable and generally arrives the following day however I appreciate they are getting very expensive, so if you would prefer I can send using Tracked 48. I normally post ready made items the next working day.
