HOME Cushion with Pumpkin House

Pumpkin house cushion. A lovely rectangular cushion in taupe fabric with appliqué letters and a pumpkin house spelling out the word “HOME”. The letters are made from a co-ordinating range of autumnal print fabrics in lovely shades of terracotta, burnt orange, beige, cream, ochre and yellow-green. The pumpkin house replaces the “O” in “HOME”. The arch-shaped door and three windows are made from cream and beige striped and leafy fabrics, and I've added free-motion embroidered detailing. The door handle is a hand-embroidered French knot. The pumpkin house has a brown felt stem chimney, and a yellow-green hand-cut felt leaf. Both are hand-embroidered in place. White free-motion embroidered smoke curls into the sky from the chimney stem. The cushion cover has a concealed zip along the bottom and comes with a polyester hollow fibre cushion pad which conforms to safety regulations. This warm and homely cushion would be the perfect accessory for any sofa. It would be the ideal gift for anyone who loves pumpkins and Autumn, and would also make a lovely housewarming or new home gift. The approximate measurements of the cushion are: 20 inches (51cm) wide x 14 inches (35cm) high. Handmade with love and care by Pocketful Creations. Accessories for illustration purposes only.
