About VPow Coastal Boutique

VPow Coastal Boutique

I am a passenger assistant for autistic children .

My name Valerie and I would like to share my story ,how I started this business. I n 2024 we moved to Morecambe, new start new beginnings, I'm semi retired and I needed To do something ,so i desided to look for a job almost for a year, with no success. The desire to make jewellery was always on my mind ,I kept thinking about it so one day I ask my husband to buy me a Jewellery kit for my Birthday. I was still looking for a job. My jewellery kit arrived and that is how I started, I learned how to use the tools by watching several YouTube chanels. I eventually got the hang of it how to use the tools. Then I got a job working for the local council as a passenger assistant for autistic children and elderly people with dementia. The job fit in perfectly well with what I wanted to do. It gave me the flexibility to learn my craft making jewellery. So a year later my husband supprized me with a sewing machine, on Mother's day . Because i like sewing too. This is how it all stated for me with this business. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I thoroughly enjoy every minute of it.
I hope my story has inspired you
Valerie Pow.
