I've always been drawn to things that last.
Virginia Allan Jewellery started the way most good things do - with an obsession and a workbench. Trained as a goldsmith and silversmith, I make jewellery intended to be beautiful in a hundred years, that people pass on and pick up meaning over time.

Every piece is made at my bench, handcrafted and finished by me and hallmarked at the London Assay Office

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Made-to-order pieces (rings sized to order, anything marked "made to order" in the listing) are exempt from the standard returns policy under Distance Selling Regulations, as they are made specifically for you. These can only be returned if faulty.
Stock pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn, in original packaging.
If anything is wrong with your piece, message me first. I fix things and I'd rather sort it directly than have you out of pocket.
