Hi! My name is Sarah and I’m the owner of trinketandmoss. I’ve always loved art and making things, and I enjoy experimenting with new crafts. I’m heavily inspired by nature, animals and colour, which often find their way into my work.

In my spare time I’m a nature photographer, with a focus on plants and landscapes. More recently, I’ve been exploring 3D printing and have really enjoyed experimenting with creating gifts and jewellery. I love how versatile the medium is and I’m excited to see where it takes me.

Buying from me

All items are handmade by me in small batches, with care and attention to detail.

My 3D printed gifts are fully designed, prototyped and printed by me at home.

Most orders can be customised. Feel free to send me a message and I’ll see what I can do!

I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days, though please be aware that this may take a little longer during busy periods.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law. Please note that personalised or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless faulty, as they’re created especially for you.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. As all items are handmade, small variations in colour or finish are part of the process and not considered faults.
