Buying from me
Each piece of jewellery is handmade by me in my Norfolk workshop using fine silver clay. As my designs are made to order, your jewellery is created especially for you. Please allow time for me to make, fire and finish your piece before dispatch. As every item is handmade, slight variations in shape, texture or finish may occur. These unique details are part of the charm of handmade jewellery. If you have any questions, please contact me before ordering.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
