Thank you for supporting Softly Sewn! Every item is handmade by me using upcycled fabrics. As each piece is handmade small variations or minor imperfections may occur making every item unique.
Please check the listing details and measurements before ordering. If you have any questions just get in touch, I'm always happy to help.
I use recycled packaging wherever possible and try my best to make parcels that fit through letterboxes.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
