Buying from me
When you buy from me you can expect quality handmade joyful creations.
Anything you see in my shop is already made and available to buy so you can expect prompt shipping. I aim to process an order within 3 days.
I use Royal Mail Tracked 48, but if you need an item sooner I can use Tracked 24 upon request.
I can make custom orders upon request. The time frame of these will depend upon design and will be something we agree on before you commit to buy.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
