Buying from me
I know I haven't had any sales yet on Folksy ,and that can feel a bit off putting as a buyer. But I'd like to say that I recently had an open studio and many of the visitors loved my pendants and I sold a good number . People commented that they were more solid than they expected - not flimsy - and also that they were very tactile. They appreciated that they were obviously made by hand and that I currently do not work in batches, so every single pendant is one of a kind.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
