Shipping & Ordering
All prices are listed individually within each product listing.
Orders are carefully packaged and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. All parcels are sent using tracked 48-hour delivery service.
As every item is handmade from natural timber, variations in grain, colour and figure are part of what makes each piece unique.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns are accepted for genuine defects in craftsmanship only, damage caused by incorrect care, water exposure, dropping or misuse are not covered.
