If you purchase one of phat bobs items you can be guaranteed a bespoke hand crafted items made from quality timber taking up to 30 hours of work to produce each item it will be individual I do not bulk make anything only variations so don't worry about a friend having the same and if you do buy you are supporting a small independent maker to be able to carry on a passion thank you phat bob
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
