I've been creative for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was always making something—playing with wool, learning to crochet, collecting crystals, or sitting surrounded by beads, happily creating little treasures that simply made me smile.
My creative journey really began by accident during a holiday at the beach. I found some beautiful shells, made myself a necklace, and stood admiring my handiwork. A lady walking past stopped, smiled, and asked if I would sell it to her. I wasn't quite sure what to say, but I did—and that became my very first sale. Even now, that memory makes me smile. The fact that someone loved something I had made enough to buy it has stayed with me ever since.
As the years went by, my interest in spirituality and the healing energy of crystals continued to grow. I trained as a yoga teacher and spent many happy years teaching at fitness centres while learning more about crystal healing. One day I thought, instead of carrying individual tumbled crystals in my pocket or bag, why not wear them? That simple idea inspired me to begin creating crystal jewellery for myself.
Before long, I was experimenting with resin, wire wrapping, and different ways of combining beautiful crystals into jewellery and meaningful gifts. What started as a personal passion soon became something I loved sharing with others.
Many of my ideas arrive during my early morning walks with my dog. Those quiet moments in nature give me time to slow down, reflect, and let my creativity flow. And yes... my dog is my biggest supporter! Before I list a new piece, I always show it to him first. If I get an enthusiastic tail wag, I take it as his seal of approval. He may not be my toughest critic, but he's definitely my favourite one.
Every piece I create is made with care, intention, and a genuine love for what I do. My hope is that when you wear one of my creations or gift one to someone special, it brings a little joy, comfort, positivity, and perhaps even a touch of magic into your day.
