At Ooh Bespoke, we create personalised wedding stationery, gifts and unique details for your special occasions. Everything is designed and made to order from our Somerset workshop, with a huge range of items available to personalise. We’re also happy to create completely custom designs, so if you have an idea in mind, just get in touch! We carefully package every order and aim to provide a friendly, personal service from start to finish.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
