Buying from me
I make in small batches, I do themed work occasionally and welcome custom orders. I aim to post your items within 2 days of purchase and I use Royal Mail 2nd class. If you would prefer a different delivery method, we can discuss this. Please contact me for any help...or to send me pictures of your cats, either way, I'd love to hear from you!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
