Most pieces are one of a kind, but if you'd love something in a different stone, metal or colour, just get in touch — I'm happy to help. Ready-made items are usually dispatched next working day via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, with free postage and no hidden costs. Custom pieces typically take up to a week depending on the request. Everything arrives beautifully packaged in a jewellery pouch or box, lovingly wrapped and ready to gift.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
