Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

#Order processing times!

Delivery times start from the time the order has been complete. All order lead times can be found on the item/s description page.

Items in stock -
Posted/dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of receiving your order or payment.

All 'Handmade to Order' items –
Handmade item/s have different time scales and can take up to one, two or three weeks before its time to be delivered. The time scale depends on the process to make the item and how busy the workshop is ;-) Please view the item/s to be purchased to check on the order time before its ready to be posted.

Worldwide express delivery is available! Please make contact to enquire if an item can be made and posted before the lead time suggested. I will always make every effort to complete an order early if possible ;-)

Special delivery – Next day delivery! To be signed on delivery (purchases over £100)

First class recorded delivery – 1-2 days delivery! To be signed on delivery (purchases over £100)

Outside the UK - WORLDWIDE
Airmail/Airsure – Insured, tracked and signed! (Working days do not include the weekend)

America and Canada – 5-8 working days
Australia – 6-11 working days
Europe – 3-5 working days

Notice to EU country customers - From the 13th December 24 new EU regulations regarding products sold under GPSR (jewellery included) require strict documentation. Until I have a better understanding and more clear instructions how to navigate this I am currently no longer taking orders from EU countries sadly.

#CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES

Custom and import tax can be as high as 25% on top of what you have already paid! Please check before you purchase the item if 'Custom and Import Taxes' applies to you in your country when receiving purchased goods from the UK.

#Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is not correct to what was described or ordered, I am happy to repair it, replace it or refund your payment.

#Only applies to Items purchased that are in stock and not customised or personalised - Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided that the items are in their original condition, unworn and unused.

Please make contact before the item/s are returned back as I will need to advise on posting back depending on where in the world you are. Custom tax is applied to items coming into the UK from outside the EU!

#Items that are purchased by 'Handmade to order' or ‘customised and personalised’ – This type of purchase cannot be refunded (unless damaged on delivery) but can be altered! Please contact me to discuss your options on the item/s purchased!
