I went to school in Whitby and then taught in schools in Whitby for most of my working life .
I promised myself that when I no longer attended school I would spend most of my time crafting … and that’s what I do when I’m not spending time with my grandchildren.
My crafting room is my dining room … more crafting goes on in there than eating !
What I see around me … inspires me to get my felts , or my paints, or my needles and wool out … the sea, the beach , our British wildlife, the moors, the sheep , a sunset , a sunset on water …. Sometimes I see scenes as needlefelts !
