Buying from me

I post orders by the end of the next working day, at my local post office. I use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. For smaller items such as greetings cards, delivery charges are individually priced, generally second class standard Royal Mail delivery.

I use tissue paper, brown paper and cardboard for packaging. Where necessary to keep the item safe, I use tape (eco-friendly where possible) and reuse bubblewrap.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
