50/50 veterinary nurse/crafter!

I have been fortunate to be able to reduce my work hours from full time to two days a week. I still love my veterinary nursing career but have rediscovered my love of crafting my main loves are sewing and working with clay.

I am a life long animal lover as child we had a family dog Trixie from Battersea dogs home as an adult I have been a pet mum to many animals (cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, a hamster) all adopted or rescued either from animal charities or like my cat Fabrizio brought home after being brought to where I work. He was one of three kittens brought in by the police after being dumped in a park, that was five years ago.

Being part time means I get to spend lots of time with Fabrizio, and he has been the subject of my projects and has beds, blankets and many a Christmas bauble made for him!

I have gifted some of my make to my family and friends who have all said I could sell them so here goes....being brave and giving it a go!
