Buying from me

Freesia Handmade, every piece is lovingly crocheted by me in my family home using soft, premium acrylic yarns. Each item is handmade to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for creation and dispatch. Custom orders are always welcome, and I'm happy to discuss colours and bespoke requests wherever possible. Thank you for supporting small handmade businesses and choosing something made with care, creativity and love.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
