Shipping
All 2d artwork and papergoods will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class, which does not provide a tracking number. Please send me a message if you would like tracked shipping, and then I can take a look at the costs for this.
I will try to ship your order within 2 working days of it being placed.
For packaging, I endeavour to use recyclable or recycled/reused envelopes and bags, to ensure as small an environmental footprint as possible.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
