Buying from me
Each copper basin is upcycled and repurposed, while every tap is handmade to order using traditional skills and over 40 years of plumbing experience. Dispatch for taps is usually 3–5 days after the order date. Custom sizes and made-to-measure taps are welcome, and I’m happy to advise on fitting and suitability before you buy.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Custom Made & Made-to-Measure Taps
Please note that custom made and made-to-measure taps are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. These items are exempt from the usual distance selling cancellation rights unless they are faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival. Please check all measurements carefully before ordering, and feel free to contact me with any fitting or suitability questions.
