Hey there, I'm Tallulah!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I’m so glad you’re here!

I believe in keeping things real, so I want to share a bit of my honest story with you—the ups, the downs, and everything in between.

My journey with Mental Health:

For a very long time, I’ve walked alongside anxiety and depression. It is something I still navigate every single day. When the 2020 lockdown hit, things got really tough. Balancing life with a two-year-old in isolation felt deeply overwhelming and lonely. The slight release was being able to 'bubble up' with my parents, who are beyond supportive and to which I am forever thankful. I knew I needed to find a way to breathe through the heavy days, which led me to study mindfulness and meditation. What started as a personal lifeline quickly became a massive passion. I ended up earning two diplomas in teaching meditation and mindfulness so I could share these life-changing tools with others. I have since been blessed in meeting my twin flame who continues to support and encourage me with my ambitions and creations. (I am very lucky!). 

My Happy Place: The Coast & Creativity:

If you want to know where my soul feels most alive, it is by the sea. I have a deep, unconditional love for the coast. Whether I am just staring out at the endless horizon or feeling the cold water on my skin, the ocean is where I go to find my grounding.

That coastal calm heavily inspires my other big love: arts and crafts. Having a creative mind means I’m always buzzing with new ideas. Getting lost in a project is my ultimate escapism and my favorite way to unwind. This beautiful blend of the sea and creativity is exactly how Coastal Serenity by Tallulah was born.

Heart for the Community:

Helping others has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve loved coordinating charity events and supporting local causes. Giving back fills my cup, and it’s something I will always weave into my life and business.
