Buying from me
All items are made individually or in small batches in my Hampshire workshop. I usually dispatch within 3 working days.
Because I work with natural timber, every piece will have its own grain, colour and character. All listings show a one-off item, the photographs are of the exact piece you will receive.
Items are carefully packed for delivery. If you have a question about a product, sizing, finish or a custom request, please feel free to get in touch before ordering.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
