Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you change your mind about an order please get in touch via email jessie@abookofpetals.co.uk and I will get back to you ASAP as many ready made orders are processed the same day
I will send an address via email to return the products too.
Customers are responsible for the return delivery costs.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the products return and credited back using original form of payment
Please note A book of petals is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
Damaged Products:
Any damaged products please get in touch via email jessie@abookofpetals.co.uk and I will get back to you ASAP
I may ask you to send a photograph of the damage
Custom orders a replacement will need to be made so please allow a few days for your replacement, I will email you to keep you update with the replacement process. A damaged custom order can be replacement with a ready made product of the same value or a refund can be issued.
Ready made orders can be replaced with another ready made product of the same value or a refund can be issued.
I will organise a postal collection of the damaged product
Any refund will be processed once the postal collection has taken place and any refund will be credited back using the original form of payment
