Welcome to my store! I’m Steve Clay, and with a surname like mine, what else could I have been but a sculptor?
From my small studio in the Shropshire countryside, I create a growing range of high-quality, hand-painted collectibles, inspired by the natural beauty, mystery and timeless character of the ancient woods that surround my home.
The woodland has always been a source of inspiration, with its hidden pathways, twisted branches, moss-covered stones and the feeling that something magical might be waiting just beyond the trees. These surroundings influence the characters and stories I bring to life through my sculptures.
Every piece begins as a hand-sculpted wax model before being moulded, allowing me to faithfully reproduce the detail and personality of the original creation. Each collectible is then individually finished and painted by hand, making every piece truly unique.
My goal is to create distinctive, imaginative pieces that capture a little of the wonder found in nature and bring a touch of woodland magic into your home.
