Buying from me
Thank you for buying from me. Orders ship from the UK within 3 to 5 working days by first class post, any delays are always communicated. Returns are accepted if items are returned in good condition, the exception is personalised items, in this case we will issue a credit note of the same value to spend on any other item in the shop. Please always let us know straight away if you experience any issues with our products. Thank you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
