I'm a watercolour artist based in Southsea, and I create simple cards and gifts made from original watercolour paintings.
The five-year-old me wanted to become an artist, inspired by watching my aunts at drawing lessons. I love nature and want to surround myself with beautiful things. Over time, the love of painting flowers endured.
When the world locked down in pandemic fear, I turned to painting for something calming to do. Then the request for hand-painted cards started as people love to send custom-made, unique cards created by someone they know. Over time, my product range increased, and Maricards was born.
