Buying from me

All the cards you see in my shop and designed by me and printed to order. Nothing is mass produced. All my cards are 6x6 inches in size, blank inside and come with a white envelope. All cards are posted in an A5 hard board envelope and dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service. This is to cover myself as a seller, as well as you as a buyer.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
