UK ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Tracked24 delivery. Jewellery is posted by Tracked48 delivery. Upgrades to express services are available in my shop.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise, & usually take around 1-3 weeks from dispatch. Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail standard airmail.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
MILLINERY RETURNS:
For pieces that are made to order, I do not offer refunds or returns due to their bespoke nature. Please ensure you have fully read the item description and are happy with the size and colour of the piece, or contact me for any further information you require.
I offer a complimentary fabric swatch service to ensure you get the best match to your outfit, and am happy to make in other colours on request.
For off-the-shelf (ready-to-ship) pieces , I offer returns if notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving their order. Returns must be received in as-new condition within 7 days (or proof of dispatch for overseas).
JEWELLERY RETURNS
I am happy to accept returns of unworn jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 3 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original packaging.
EXCLUSIONS:
Due to their customised nature, bespoke designs and made-to-order rings are non-returnable unless faulty.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Postage is non-refundable. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty.
