Welcome to my shop! I dispatch all items within 2-3 business days. Each piece is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns Policy

I happily accept returns if you change your mind. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days.

Return shipping costs: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Condition of item: If the item is not returned in its original, resaleable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund: I will issue the refund once the item has safely arrived back at my studio. I recommend using a tracked service for returns.
