Hi I'm Emma and I've been making things for almost a year but been based on eBay selling mainly silicone beaded items. I've built up a great 100% feedback on there but I've now refined what I'm making to sell on here, so I've totally switched to beading in a very different way, making totally unique bag charms which take more time and skill. Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
