About this item
This snowman began his life as two clear circles. They were layered with small white glass pieces, offcuts and leftovers carefully placed on top. Arranged together and fired for the first time in the kiln. Hand cut hat, scarf and nose, made to measure, added and the piece fired again. Embellished with glass painted details, a cute robin perched on his hatband, finer white frit added for extra texture and he is fired for a final time. Once cleaned, the finished snowman is secured into a bespoke oak wooden stand. He is a lovely unique decoration which would work well on a mantlepiece, table, windowsill or just about anywhere among your Christmas favourites. Overall height including stand is 27cm approx. Widest point 15 cm.
