Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with a range of sew-it-yourself craft kits.
Most items are dispatched within 2-3 working days, and I post Tracked 24 at a flat cost, no matter how many items you buy. (Cards and bookmarks are sent First Class, at a lower postage cost).

Eco-friendly craft kit to sew your own magical stuffed Christmas heart decoration. Whether you want iconic London landmarks or bright festive scenes, this gorgeous Christmas Skies print by Cath Kidston gives you plenty to choose from. Suitable for both machine and hand sewing the heart, this craft kit is ideal for a confident beginner or intermediate sewist, with detailed instructions provided. Make one for yourself or gift the kit to someone you know loves to sew.
The stunning fabric in pinks, blues and greens on a snowy white base has been cut from a pre-loved duvet cover - freshly laundered and checked for imperfections. The hearts are carefully hand-cut for you, so you can start sewing straight away.

The back heart has bold pink and red zig-zags on a white background, cut from the reverse of the same upcycled duvet cover.
The kit includes all the materials needed, including toy-grade stuffing, a delicate white satin hanging ribbon and a pink button. I have also included needles and pins, and some thread for hand sewing.
You will need a pair of sharp scissors - a small embroidery pair is ideal for this project - and a sewing machine and a reel of thread if you are machine stitching.
NOTE: Your heart will be cut to feature your chosen motif - the other motifs around it will depend on exactly how the fabric is cut. The photos are just examples, and each heart will be different (see the last picture for the full print). If you have a preference for a second motif that is next to your main choice, mention it in the comments box, and I will see if that is possible.
