I do love a ceramic ghost. I do also love a crackle glaze which has been inked to make it look like a cracked Victorian bathroom! I was completely inspired by 'Old Horny' in the Boscastle Witchcraft Museum for these ghosts. Who doesn't want a goat-headed demon for Halloween?

Full description
Handmade, glazed earthenware ceramic ghost. The Wicker Ghost is an Adonis in basket-ware. A handsome, saucy fellow. Everyone loves a bit of rattan. ; )
Each ghost is made and glazed by me, by hand so each one is different. They have been glazed in a glossy amber colour to enhance their basket-weave, beard and fine quiff. They are hollow to give you options to display e.g. popping them on a cane/stick!
I AM AN EARTHENWARE CREATION - that means that although I am beautiful and strong, I should ideally spend my life indoors. I can be put outside during warmer, dry weather but please take me back inside when it gets wet and cold so that the frost and damp don't cause me to crack.
Each ghost measures approx. 10cm tall.
