Every piece at Cat Lantern Studio is individually handmade, giving each item its own character and finish.
We mainly work with a water-activated ceramic casting compound, creating decorative home accessories with marbled effects, glass chips and mica details. Many of our designs are also made to complement one another, making it easy to create a coordinated collection.
As each piece is handmade, small air bubbles, slight indentations and subtle variations in colour or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics of the handmade process and make every item individual..

A round trinket tray with wavy edge and given a beautiful one-of-a-kind white, brown and yellow unique marbled pattern. irregular pattern made by adding various colour pigments,the dish is a modern shape and would suit any style decor..
Please note the irregular imperfections were achieved intentionally during the process of making to give it a rustic and unique appearance..
The soft swirling design makes this tray completely unique - the marbling is created by hand and cannot be reproduced exactly, so you will receive the actual tray shown in the photographs.
Perfect for keeping jewellery, rings, earrings and other little treasures together on a bedside table or dressing table. It can also be used as a decorative catch-all tray for small everyday items around the home.
Handmade from a water-based ceramic compound and carefully finished by hand.
The tray is coated with beeswax and polished to give it a lovely soft satin sheen, with felt feet underneath to help protect your furniture.
