Safety information
Candle safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, flammable materials and draughts. Keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep the wick trimmed to approximately 5mm before each burn. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop using the candle when approximately 10mm of wax remains. The container may become hot during use. Do not move the candle while burning or while the wax is liquid. Use only as intended.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns accepted in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights. Customers wishing to return an item should contact Ember & Oak before sending it back.
