You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns & Exchanges I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For ready-made items, I accept returns in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item should be returned unused and in its original condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, baby soaps cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Custom-made or personalised knitted items, including items made to your requested measurements or specifications, are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. I will always discuss the details with you before starting a custom order, so please feel free to message me if you have any questions. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help. The buyer pays return costs.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
