Bring a little dachshund magic into your home with this handmade wooden shadow lantern.
Laser cut from 3 mm plywood, the lantern features a collection of detailed dachshund scenes around all sides, from playful pups and woodland walks to floral designs.
The real surprise comes when the lantern is illuminated. The intricate cut-outs cast large dachshund and woodland shadows onto the surrounding walls, completely transforming the look of the piece after dark.
Each lantern is carefully laser cut and assembled by hand in my workshop.
Details: approximately 255 mm high, 160 mm wide and 140 mm deep, made from 3 mm plywood, with intricate laser-cut dachshund designs on multiple sides.
Because this is made from natural wood, variations in grain and colour are to be expected and make every lantern slightly different.
Finish: Natural unfinished plywood, carefully sanded to retain the light natural wood colour and contrast with the laser-cut edges.
No varnish or stain has been applied, allowing the natural grain and character of the plywood to remain visible.
Indoor decorative use only.
For use with LED lighting only (not included)- never use a naked flame or traditional candle.
