Liberty Tana Lawn book sleeve.
This book sleeve has been made from Liberty Tana Lawn.
The design is ''Poppy Canopy''
Poppy Canopy was originally block-printed for Liberty in the 1910s.
Now adapted into a fresh layout, this pattern retains the hallmark characteristics of Art Nouveau, with its rich tapestry of stylized poppies, scrolling foliage, and flowing, undulating movement.
The interior fabric is a floral Liberty cotton.
This book sleeve has been lightly padded, to protect a paperback book.
It will comfortably fit a paperback book of up to 490 pages.
The interior measurements are:
9 inches - length (23cm)
6.7 inches - width (16.5cm)
