Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Set of five handmade thank you gift tags in purple, fuchsia pink, blue and green, each with a removable white 300 gsm cardstock insert, floral cut-out design and natural jute twine. They're suitable for customer orders, small business parcels, thank you gifts, wrapped presents and gift bags when you want to include a short handwritten message.
The front of each coloured cardstock tag is cut with flowers and the words "thank you", with the white insert showing through behind the design. The insert slides out from the top, giving you a separate writing surface for your message before it is placed back inside.
Each tag is finished with natural jute twine, so it can be tied directly onto a parcel, gift box, gift bag or wrapped present. They can also be slipped inside an order as a small thank you card for a customer.
You'll receive five thank you tags:
Two purple
One fuchsia pink
One blue
One green
Each complete tag measures approximately 7 cm wide and 10 cm tall.
The contrast between the coloured outer tag and white message card makes the floral cut-out detail stand out, while the removable insert keeps your handwritten note neat and easy to read.
The set will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
