Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
As every piece is handmade, small variations are part of what makes each one unique. Colours may also vary slightly between screens, although I take my listing photos to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Five colourful handmade thank you tags with removable wildflower seed paper message cards, floral cut-out details and jute ties. This mixed set includes blue, yellow, green, pale yellow and pink tags, making them useful for adding a personal note to gifts, customer parcels, small business orders, party favours and thank you packages.
The front of each cardstock tag is cut with flowers and the words "thank you", allowing the white seed paper insert to show through the design. The insert slides out from the top and has a blank front where you can write a short handwritten message before returning it to the tag.
On the reverse of each insert is a planting-instruction sticker explaining how to soak the seed paper, tear it into smaller pieces, press it into damp compost and keep the soil moist while the wildflowers begin to grow.
When removing the insert, pull gently from the exposed corner rather than using the flower cut-outs.
Each tag is finished with natural jute twine, ready for tying onto presents, gift bags, boxes or parcels, or simply placing inside an order as a small thank you for the recipient.
This set contains:

One yellow tag
One green tag
One pale yellow tag
One pink tag
Each tag measures approximately 7 cm wide and 10 cm tall.
The removable seed paper card gives you somewhere to add your own message, while also giving the recipient something they can plant afterwards.
The set will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
