Safety information
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use. Sculpted candles may drip wax while burning, so always use a suitable candle plate or holder. Do not move the candle while lit or while the wax is still hot. Stop burning when approximately 1 cm of wax remains.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unlit and in the same condition in which they were received, with no damage or alterations. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. Please package returned candles carefully to prevent damage in transit. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
